You need to provide evidence that you are developing research from previous fundamental investigation such as an FRGS or BESTARI or Geran Penyelidikan MyRA, i.e., previously known as LESTARI, typically a university-level grant (or other variants, but you need to be convincing that it was fundamental or basic research)
